A 35-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man were shot dead 30 minutes apart for still unknown reasons in Bgy. Commonwealth, Quezon City, yesterday morning.

The first incident happened at 12:05 a.m. inside the house of the victim, Irene Dulay, at 22 Doña Nicasia Avenue, Bgy. Commonwealth.

A report gathered from the Quezon City Police District-Criminal Investigation Unit said that Dulay was asleep inside their bedroom when her live-in partner, Adrian Frado, went to the bathroom and noticed the presence of several persons in front of their house.

Esther Gala, the mother of Frado, was about to open the door to verify when the suspects forcibly entered the house.

One of the armed suspects went straight to the bedroom where Dulay was sleeping and shot her several times.
