DR. Vicki Belo confirmed that she has called it quits with Hayden Kho. She tweeted while flying to the U.S.: “On my way to Los Angeles for my first Valentine alone. Maybe I’ll learn to love myself more.”

Meantime, the rumored third party, Nancy Castiglione, was supposed to guest live in “Showbiz Central” last Sunday but she was a no-show. “Natakot siguro na makalkal ang katotohanan,” says one writer.

Nancy denies she is carrying on an affair with Hayden and adds that she’s happily married with twin kids. (Someone said they’re not officially married.) But many people have seen her and Hayden together in a plush mall in Makati and, also, in a new bar called Relic at the Fort where they were allegedly seen smooching. They were also seen together somewhere in Salcedo Village in Makati. As one writer says: “Kung minsan lang sila nakita, madaling i-deny that they just saw each other there by chance. Kaso, maraming beses, kaya mahirap i-deny.”

In “Showbiz Central”, host Pia Guanio reported they have a witness named Jinkee. The witness was shown without revealing her face and she confirmed having seen Hayden and Nancy together once in Rustan’s parking lot where they were together with Hayden in a car. Nancy reportedly came and Hayden opened the car’s door and she got in. The last time she saw them together was on January 27 in front of the Insular Life building.

We heard Hayden is so distraught at the moment. He has reason to be since, after he was disbarred from practicing medicine, it was Vicki Belo who continued to help him get back on his feet. Vicki helped him put up a bar on Morato Ave., which flopped, then also in his perfume business, which is said to also be not doing that well. With Vicki now dropping him, what would happen to him? Vicki’s children, Quark and Crystalle, must be happy now and are hoping their mom finally woke up for good this time.

Meantime, a writer warns: “Dapat may magbantay kay Hayden. The last time Vicki dropped him, nagtangkang magpakamatay 'yan and he was seen in a pineapple plantation somewhere in Cavite na wala sa sarili. Baka ulitin.”

CARLA NOT MOVING TO TV5

RICHARD Gutierrez was congratulated by the guests in his dad Eddie’s 70th birthday celebration for his fine handling of his hosting chores in the recently concluded “Survivor Philippines Celebrity Doubles” where Betong Sumaya won and whose finale night became the highest rating show on that day with a very high 17.9% in MegaManila.

Chard is resting for a while and will start taping his new show, a yet untitled action-drama, in March. He confirmed to us that his leading ladies are Carla Abellana and Sarah Lahbati, which means it’s not true that Carla is moving to another network as GMA7 has neglected her.

The show will be directed by Ricky Davao. Ricky was also at the party and told us that he’s flattered to be chosen to do it but will only believe that he’s really the director once he starts taping it. “Siyempre, excited ako, first time ko to direct a show on primetime and with Richard pa, kaya sana matuloy,” he says.

JONALYN LINKED TO DOWN TO MARS MEMBER

GMA Network's boy band, Down to Mars, will have their first big concert tonight entitled “One Love” at Metro Bar on West Ave., with Jonalyn Viray of La Diva as their special guest. Both Down to Mars and Jonalyn are contract stars of GMA Records. Jonalyn is currently being linked to Jang, the Fil-Chinese balladeer in the group.

The Down to Mars self-titled debut album will be relased soon with such surefire tracks as “Cloud 9,” “My Everything” and “Oooh Aaah.” The guys themselves compose their own songs. Anytime now, they will be flying to South Korea to shoot their first music video there, directed  by Treb Monteras.

PLACING A BET ON KIRAY

AMONG teen comedians today, we place our bet on the bubbly Kiray Celis. She’s the first to admit that she’s not beauty queen material, but she has one innate talent: she can make people laugh without much trying. Her real name is Joanna and was discovered when she joined Munting Miss U in “Magandang Tanghali Bayan” in 2000 when she was only 4 years old.

She then became part of “Goin’ Bulilit” from 2005 to 2007. She was also in soaps like “Mga Anghel na Walang Langit” and “Mara Clara.”  She was last seen in ‘100 Days to Heaven” and “Growing Up.”

Now, she’s part of the new teen comedy, “Luv U,”  an acronym for Lamberto Uy Villarama University. She plays the role of Whitney, the cousin of Miles Ocampo and Angeli Gonzales, with Joy Viado as their lola. She’ll be paired with Igiboy Flores who plays Rocky.

“Masaya kaming lahat dahil dati na kaming magkakasama sa ‘Goin’ Bulilit’ as child stars,” says Kiray. “So parang reunion namin ito and we’re glad na we’re still together in a show ngayong teenagers na kami.”

One writer tells her: “Siguro mayaman ka na kasi sunud-sunod ang shows mo.”

She replies: “Hindi naman po. Papayaman pa lang po.”

JENNICA DENIES ALL NASTY RUMORS

JENNICA Garcia didn’t have a show for almost a year. “My last regular show was ‘Bantatay,’ na napalitan na ng ‘Futbolilits’ and ‘Daldalita’,” she says. “I guested sa ‘Captain Barbell’, pero most of the time, I was resting sa bahay samantalang ang mommy ko (Jean Garcia), hindi nababakante.”

Why didn’t she ask GMA7 as to when she’ll be given a new show? “Alangan namang pilitin ko silang bigyan ako ng show, so I just waited. In the meantime, natsismis na buntis daw ako, na nag-break daw kami ni Alwyn (Uytingco, her BF), na puro di totoo.”

She’s finally back as Marian Rivera’s younger sister in “My Beloved.”

“Happy ako kasi ang ganda ng role ko rito. Inaapi kami ng aunt naming si Chanda Romero, ginagawa kaming utusan, ako yung lumalaban sa kanya. I also have a beautiful love story with Carl Guevarra. Security guard siya at malapit na kaming pakasal, tapos he dies in a robbery incident. He comes back as a ghost at patuloy niya kong inaalagaan.”

How come she and Alwyn are reportedly planning to tie the knot soon? “Not true. May nagtanong lang sa mom ko and she said daw, sana huwag muna, tapos nasulat nang pakakasal na kami. I’m only 22. I’m too young to get married kasi I still help my mom sa brother ko, si Kotaro, who’s only 9 years at masyadong attached sa akin. My plan is to pursue college studies and major on special education.”
