HEART Evangelista turns 27 today (along with John Prats, Kris Aquino, Rico Puno and Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile who were all born on the day of hearts). She won’t have a party as she’s busy taping for her role as Diana in the toprated primetime show, “Legacy.” So how will she and BF Daniel Matsunaga celebrate Valentine’s Day? “I don’t know kung may plan siya, but it has to be a double celebration kasi nga, birthday ko na, Valentine pa,” she laughs. “I don’t want to expect anything pero mas maganda kung masu-surprise ka, di ba? Most probably, kasama rin ang family ko and my closest friends. At my age, hindi na uso 'yung big celebration but a more quiet and intimate one with the people who care for me.”

She wants to thank the viewers who make “Legacy” rate very high every night. “Tuwang-tuwa kami ng co-stars kong sina Lovi Poe and Alessandra de Rossi, along with our director Jay Altarejos dahil napaka-positive talaga ng feedback sa show every night.”

DINGDONG REACTS ON ABS-CBN RUMOR

DINGDONG Dantes is a special guest in the concert of Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid at the Araneta Coliseum tonight, “Mr. & Mrs. A.” What will he do? “I’ll sing a medley of Eraserheads songs with Kuya Ogie,” he says. “Live ito, ha. Hindi lipsynch.”

Because of his movie with Star Cinema, “Segunda Mano,”  it was rumored that he might also move to ABS-CBN like another Kapuso star, Iza Calzado. “I respect Iza’s decision but how can I leave GMA when I just started ‘My Beloved’ with them and it’s a very good project? I’m very happy with my home network now.”

His GF Marian Rivera says he looks like Orlando Bloom as Legolas in “My Beloved.” “Siguro dahil sa long hair ko. We tried many hairstyles at ito 'yung napiling pinakabagay raw sa akin. First time ko to appear on TV na ganito so I hope viewers will like it.”

PLUS POINTS FOR BIGGEL

THE talented Paco Evangelista was evicted from PBB Unlimited and is now a houseplayer instead of being a regular housemate. The past week has been an exciting one for Paco who was paired with Divine in The Great Marinduque Adventure. The other team in this roadtrip is composed of Biggel (who’s from Marinduque) and Slater. Paco and Slater drive separate jeepneys and they’re both given missions to accomplish just like in “Amazing Race.”  Biggel got lost giving directions to Slater as they go to his hometown from Mogpog, Boac to Gasan. “Three months lang ako nawala sa Marinduque, naligaw na ako sa sariling bayan,” he said.

They’re supposed to take pictures of his pet cow, Piripitiw, and take some bananas from a tree. Biggel showed his skill in climbing hills and going through forested areas, proving that he’s really a promdi. After they accomplished their mission, they went to a church on top of a hill. What Biggel didn’t know is that his grandparents were waiting for him there as they were fetched by Paco and Divine in their home where Biggel’s sister, Bruda, also lives. It was a very touching reunion for Biggel and his lolo and lola who raised him. This is a very positive factor for Biggel as it surely endeared him to a lot more viewers, giving him so many, many plus points on his way to making it to the top 4 of "PBB Unlimited."

SARAH PERSONALLY APOLOGIZES TO JESSA

SARAH Lahbati is happy that her concert in Geneva, Switzerland last weekend was very successful. She and guests Derrick Monasterio and Enzo Pineda are coming home on Friday yet as they will go take a vacation for a while to see the sights and go shopping.

Sarah personally apologized to “Kokak” co-star Jessa Zaragoza (who plays her mom) when her aunt tried to stop Jessa from using the airconditioned tent meant for them on the set of “Kokak”. What’s sad is she’s the one accused of being a swellhead for preventing co-stars in using the tent when her aunt acted on her own, without informing Sarah.

But the whole cast is glad that their rival show, “Mundo Man ay Magunaw,” didn’t get to trounce them in the ratings. “Buti naman at di nila kami nagunaw,” says Sarah. “Our show’s faithful followers stayed with us. This week magkakabalikan kami ni TJ Trinidad as Carl kasi hihingi siya ng tawad sa ’kin. His mom, Deborah Sun as Veronica, will try na kulamin uli ako but she won’t succeed.”

“Kokak” will end on March 2 and will be replaced by “Hiram na Puso” starring Mark Herras, Kris Bernal, Polo Ravales, Bela Padilla, Ayen Munji, Gardo Versoza at Ms. Gina Alajar.

BIANCA IS DENNIS' VALENTINE DATE

DENNIS Trillo says Bianca King will be his Valentine date today. “But we have no definite plans yet on what we’ll do kasi pareho kaming busy, siya with ‘Broken Vow’ at ako, with ‘Biritera’,” he says. “Parehong kasisimula pa lang ng aming two shows kaya inaalagaan namin ito to maintain the impressive ratings sa pagsisimula pa lang nito.”

Dennis enjoys his role as Andrei in “Biritera,”  a young composer who wrote some songs for Roseanne Magan, his bet in the Biritera search. But it was Roseanne’s rival, Barbie, who won in the contest after buying votes. Dennis chooses not to give his compositions to Barbie but to reserve it for Roseanne whose dad, Eric (Neil Ryan Sese), turns out to be a successful chef in New York. Mikaela (Glaiza de Castro) helps him to polish the songs for Roseanne.
