LUIS Manzano is certainly closing the doors to anyone who intends to go after Jennylyn Mercado’s heart.

Recently, Luis gave Jen a ring, although not for engagement he says but a gift supposed to be given last Christmas.

It isn’t a surprise by now as the showbiz couple appears to be very happy with each other.

Asked what he feels about Jennylyn’s next project with ex boyfriend Dennis Trillo, Luis says it doesn’t matter as it is just work.

It has been rumored that the TV host will soon enter politics like her mom, Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos.  Some insiders say he would also pursue her mom’s political agenda and is planning to get a mayoral seat in Batangas.

And Jennylyn is all-out support with this dream. Do we see her as a future mayor’s wife? Just asking…

KRIS Aquino seems to be eyeing other leading men from GMA 7 after Dingdong Dantes.

After her experience with Dingdong in “Segunda Mano”, she has set sights on another Kapuso actor, Richard Gutierrez.

Well, they are just as close, says one associate.

Recently, Kris and Richard were seen together watching the concert of Anne Curtis. It isn’t a surprise that the actor is much interested with the possibility of collaborating on a project with the queen of talk.

Or is it Richard’s way of saying he can truly outclass Dingdong? Just asking…
