KARYLLE’S luck seems to continue even without her exerting too much effort, kumbaga.    

Remember the time when she broke up with Dingdong Dantes?

Theirs was a well-publicized romance, so much so, marami ang naki-sympathize kay Karylle when Dingdong and Marian Rivera came out in the open about their relationship.

But, in fairness, those close to both Dingdong and Marian insist na bago naging silang dalawa, matagal nang hiwalay sina Dingdong at Karylle.

In any case, why still talk about the supposed Karylle-Dingdong-Marian triangle when it’s all water under the bridge?

All three are now happy where their lovelife is concerned. Like Dingdong and Marian who are happily in love, ’di naman maililihim na happily in love rin si Karylle with Yael Yuson, soloist ng grupong Spongecola.

In any case, gaano katotoong ’di magde-date sina Karylle at Yael this Valentine’s Day, since kapuwa sila busy?

Going back to Karylle, 2012 seems to have started right for her.

Her new daily noontime show, It’s Showtime, with Vhong Navarro, Anne Curtis, Vice Ganda and Kim Atienza, plus nga pala, Ryan Bang, ay sigurado nang papalit sa dating noontime program ng ABS-CBN, Happy Yipee Yehey (HYY), na namaalam na nu’ng Saturday.

Now titled It’s Showtime, new additions have been made na welcome na welcome naman sa masasabing  ‘originals.’ Of course, kasama rito si Karylle.

May bagong commercial din siya, yes, Jeunesse,   a new line of feminine napkin na, ayon mismo kay Karylle, seems to have been designed for modern and busy women like her.

Since its material daw ay all-natural, meaning non-woven, madali itong mag-absorb ng you-know-what, bukod pa sa germ-free at lasting ang freshness nito.

Jeunesse was launched Wednesday last week with no less than Mary Jane San Agustin, Jeunesse sales and marketing head.

Last year, Karylle, together with Christian Bautista, taped for the musical The Kitchen Musical in Singapore, which will be in 19 countries all over Asia.

It was in 2010 that Karylle appeared in the Metro Manila filmfest entry Dalaw with Kris Aquino and Diether Ocampo.

Like mom Zsa Zsa Padilla, Karylle is also a mainstay of ABS-CBN’s ASAP Rocks.

Jolo Revilla, currently in the U.S. para mapa-check-up ang madalas na pag-atake ng kanyang migraine, is coming home in time for the taping of his new series, Leon Guerrero, which has Senator Lito Lapid in the title role.

Sen. Lito had a long break from both the movies and TV. He remembers that the last movie he did was Tatlong Baraha in 2006.

Ang character na Leon Guerrero ay hango sa isang pelikulang ginawa rin ni Sen. Lito.

Ito ang isang role ng senador na labis na tumatak sa isipan ng mga tao.

Kaya nga raw, bukod sa Leon Guerrero, nakagawa pa siya ng dalawang sequel nito: Ang Alamat ni Leon Guerrero at Ang Pagbabalik ni Leon Guerrero.

What makes his portrayal of the character unique   is that he is a horseman sa pelikula. Do you know na former stuntman si Sen. Lito bago siya sumabak sa pagiging bida sa pelikula?

Kaya, he is known to do his own stunts.

Wala pa raw tiyak na leading lady ang senador sa series. Ipinauubaya raw niya sa ABS-CBN ang bagay na ito.

Ang importante raw, magkaroon siya ng pagkakataong makatrabaho ang isang Star Magic talent.
