BOXING champ Manny Pacquiao has been invited anew by the CBCP – Episcopal Commission on Biblical Apostolate to be its Bible Ambassador. This campaign would aim to promote reading the Bible among Catholics with the help of Pacquiao himself.
Manny had voiced out his support for CBCP’s anti-reproductive health bill campaign. Manny is surely going to be a huge boost to this religious campaign.
He has always been a religious person that when he’s on the square ring, he prays before and after his matches.
And no doubt he’ll agree to this after his wife Jinkee’s self confessing about his man’s improved day by day routine.
So would we call him Brother Manny soon? Just asking…
KAPAMILYA SOON KAPATID?
SOME have doubts about Sam Milby leaving the country to try Hollywood.
They say it’s his way of gracefully exiting ABS-CBN to be a Kapatid.
A reliable source says Sam has received a huge offer from the Pangilinan-led group, which is why while he’s in the States, he’ll already be signing a contract for TV5.
But ABS-CBN isn’t worried as some people in the network aren’t interested in him anymore after his last projects didn’t rate well.
So what’s next for Sam? Just asking…
TV5 COLLECTING MARBLES
TV5 is really dead serious on their run of sealing the company as one of the biggest networks in the Philippines.
There are rumors that the station would soon be appointing a new administrator to head its talent center, none other than Roselle Teo, the daughter of Regal Entertainment matriarch, Mother Lily Monteverde.
While they are collecting all the marbles after signing up superstar Nora Aunor and megastar Sharon Cuneta, among others, they have started to make changes in the management.
Will they finally hit the grade? Just asking…
