THE New Era High School (NEHS) will hold its 35th foundation and grand alumni homecoming on December 2, 2017 at the school campus in Tandang Sora, Quezon City.

NEHS Alumni President Ronald Cabangon strongly urged his fellow alumni to attend the special event and discuss projects which will help advance the interest of their alma mater.

“This is a good opportunity to celebrate the shared memories of our younger days and the big sacrifices, devotion and commitment we took to make ourselves productive people of society,” said Cabangon.

Cabangon said the grand alumni homecoming will be celebrating with the theme “NEHS@35TH, Respect & Camaraderie; We Connect, We Are United”  and is sponsored by Batch ’93 led by Sheryll Baltazar-Cagara, the class valedictorian.

Pete Austria, NEHS Alumni Association adviser, will deliver the welcome remarks while the newly-elected alumni officers and batch representatives will be presented by Edgardo Cruz, another alumni adviser.

Aside from unveiling of the official alumni logo, the event will also award tattoo artist Alfonso “Alpog” Arao, graphic artist Rolando Ambas, and class salutatorian Ivan Untalan who are all members of NEHS Batch ’93 for their contribution in the creation of the official alumni logo.

NEHS Principal Almario N. Aurelio will deliver his message at the event.

Former principals were also invited to grace the special occasion. These include Dr. Gil Magbanua, Felecisima Tañedo, Dr. Jenilyn Corpuz, Dr. Levita Ramos, Dr. Luis P. Tagayun, Joseph G. Palisoc and Maria G. Utanes.

The event will also remember the late NEHS Principal Dr. Fernando C. Javier.
