I’M saving the best for the last and at the same time would like to offer my aplogies to an old-time friend, Senior Superintendent Luisito ‘Chito’ Magnaye whose name I failed to mention during my previous column regarding members of Philippine Military Academy ‘Sambisig’ Class of 1991.

Drug dealer killed, cop hurt in Palawan gunfight

A BUY-BUST operation in Puerto Princesa City in Palawan shortly before noon Friday turned deadly when the suspect engaged undercover officers in a shootout resulting in the death of the latter and the slight wounding of a junior officer, Police Regional Office 4-B director, Chief Superintendent Tomas C. Apolinario Jr. said yesterday.
